The project was announced some time in 2016, Where at that time starting in October of that year, The project was mainly focused more towards the individual members and sub-units, For the following 18 months, all 12 members and 3 were introduced and released singles and EPs, In 2018, with the project completed, all twelve members debuted as one group. In 2018, they debuted with the single "favOriTe" and shortly followed with the EP "[++]", Which also included notable track "Hi High", which later became one of their most well known songs.
