Canadian rock band from Vancouver, British Columbia. Evolving out of the band [a=Winter's Green] (founded in 1967), who changed their name to[b] Applejack [/b]in the early 1970s, and then to[b] Trooper [/b]by the time of their 1975 debut. Core members [a=Ra McGuire] and [a=Brian Smith (18)], who started together in Winter's Green, would be the only consistent members, until their retirement in 2021. Current lineup: [a= David Steele (4)] (lead vocals), Steve Crane (lead guitar), [a=Paul Gogo] (keyboards), Scott Brown (bass), [a=Clayton Hill] (drums)
