Biography
Four-piece vocal group produced by [a=Robert Clivillés] and [a=David Cole] aka [a=C + C Music Factory]. The vocalists were [a=Michelle Visage], [a=Octavia Lambertis], [a=Gary Michael Wade], and [a=Jamal Alicea]. Their only single was a version of the 1978 [a=Bill Withers] song "Lovely Day" that featured in the popular 1992 movie "The Bodyguard". The song, released with several remixes, reached #1 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and peaked at #34 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1993.
