Biography

Canadian rock band from Winnipeg, MB. Founded by [a=Chad Allan] in 1958 and known variously as The Silvertones, Chad Allen and The Silvertones, or Al and the Silvertones, their first recordings were released in 1962 as [a=Chad Allan and the Reflections] and [a=Bob Ashley & the Reflections]. In 1963, they became [a=Chad Allan & the Expressions], finally becoming [a=The Guess Who] in 1965. Initially breaking up in 1975, there have been various reunions and reconstituted versions touring and recording ever since.
