The Black Dog was formerly the trio of [a=Ken Downie], [a=Ed Handley] and [a=Andy Turner], also known at the time as [a=Black Dog Productions]. Ed and Andy left to pursue their [a=Plaid] project, Ken continued with several different line-ups of Black Dog before choosing to work with [a=Martin Dust] and [a=Richard Dust] from [l=Dust Science Recordings] after a long break from the music scene.
