English Rhythm&Blues band formed in the early 1960s in Newcastle-on-Tyne (UK). Line-up: [a188393] (vocals); [a283847] (keyboards); [a291199] (guitar); [a254160] (bass); [a643838] (drums). After Alan Price left and the band further imploded, Burdon moved to America where he started a new line-up as [a1240482], also known as Eric Burdon & The New Animals (1966-1969).
