Biography

An American Rock/Emo band from Miami, FL (1999-2010). Reunited in 2013 to play the 10th Anniversary of 'A Letter to Bryson City'. Alex Martinez - Vocals, Guitar Arnold Nese - Bass Charlie Suarez - Guitar Paul Trust - Drums 
 Touring drummers: [a=Jeff Wilganoski], [a=Kyle Stevenson], [a=Eric Puestow], [a=Mark Annino], Alex Martinez (Vocals, Guitar), Arnold Nese (Bass) started making music together 1995 in Miami. In 1997, out of the ashes of [Makeshift (5)] guitarist Charlie Suarez joined the band and in 1999 drummer Paul Trust completed the original line-up. Sunday Driver began playing the local Miami scene with bands like New Found Glory, Shai Hulud, Dashboard Confessional and other South Florida Punk, Emo and Hardcore Bands. In 2001, SD released the 5 Track EP "Third Place Prize" on Doghouse Records, An Indie Label known for their "Emo-Rock" releases (The Get Up Kids, Hot Water Music, Joshua, etc.) The band's Debut 2003 LP, A Letter To Bryson City, was also released on Doghouse Records and featured and single "Forever Again," which received airplay on MTV2 and Much Music. The post-mortem 5 song release, Across The Sunshine State, was released in 2012 on Limited Fanfare Records. These tracks were originally recorded in 2005 and 2006 while the band was still on Doghouse Records.
