American producer, keyboardist, pianist, songwriter, and arranger, born August 23, 1978 in Dallas, Texas – died August 3, 2024, aged 45. Known for his work with the jazz-fusion ensemble [a2675674] and [a178301], Martin played piano, organ, clavinet, mellotron, minimoog and a variety of other synthesizers and electronic keyboards, as well as vocoder, talk box, bass and also contributed drum programming on various projects. In addition, he served as tour manager for [a1373]. Martin was awarded four Grammys for his work with Franklin and three as a member of Snarky Puppy.
