Biography
House music vocalist, DJ, producer and label owner. Born in Ohio in 1961, Owens worked extensively with [a=Larry Heard] in the mid-1980s and formed [a=Fingers Inc.] with [a=Ron Wilson]. One of his best-known features, Tears, was with [a=Frankie Knuckles] and [a=Satoshi Tomiie]. His debut solo album, Rhythms In Me, was released in 1990. Runs [l=Musical Directions].
