RAG is a rap crew from around the Ruhr area, Germany. The name RAG is an acronym for "Ruhrpott AG". RAG emerged from two hip-hop crews from the Ruhr area. That was the crew [a206733] and the crew [a187598]. The two crews met each other on jams and noticed that their mentality and the view of hip-hop were similar. So they decided to make music together and acted as "Ruhrpott AG". In 2020 a documentary called "We almost lost Bochum" about RAG was shown in cinemas.
