PNL (Peace N' Lovés, translating to Peace and money) is a French rap band from Corbeil-Essonnes, a Southern suburb of Paris. Formed in 2014 and consisting of brothers Tarik and Nabil Andrieu (better known as [a4462827] & [a4462826]) the duo released their first two albums "Que la famille" and "Le Monde Chico" independently in 2015 with the latter receiving platinum certification. Refusing to sign a record deal with any label and remaining independent, they released their third album "Dans la légende" in 2016 which was certified Diamond. Growing up in "Les Tarterêts" neighborhood of Corbeil-Essonnes, the brothers (Tarik b. 1986 and Nabil b. 1989) were raised by their father René Andrieu, a Pied-Noir native of Corsica, who was involved in a bank robbery and served an eight year sentence at the Maison centrale de Poissy. Their mother, a native of Algeria was absent for the most part of their lives. The two are also known for not giving interviews or for avoiding the press, stating what needs to be known about them can be gathered through listening to their music.
