Biography

Rakim Hasheem Allen (December 9, 1991 - September 12, 2022), known professionally as PnB Rock, was an American singer, rapper, actor and songwriter from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was best known for his 2015 single "Fleek" and 2016 single "Selfish", which has peaked at number 51 on the US Billboard Hot 100. He was also known for his double studio album, Trapstar Turnt Popstar, which was released in 2019. In 2017, Allen was chosen as part of the XXL Freshman Class. On September 12 2022 PNB Rock was fatally shot at Roscoe's Chicken & Waffle House in South Los Angeles.
