Phillip Walker was an American blues guitarist and singer living in Los Angeles, Ca. Phillip scored a minor hit in 1959 with, "Hello My Darling", produced by [a=J. R. Fullbright]. He was active in the west coast blues scene until his death in 2010 Born : February 11, 1937 in Welsh, Louisiana. Died : July 22, 2010 in Palm Springs, California.
