Colombian band from the Pacific region founded in 1962 by [a=Enrique Urbano Tenorio]. The musicians of the band came from the Colombian departments of Valle del Cauca, Nariño, and Cauca. They played cumbia, porro, salsa, and Afro-Colombian rhythms from the Pacific region such as currulao, abozao, aguabajo, jota chocoana, arrullo, and others.
