Biography
Miki Nakatani who is also an character actress is felt to be her desire to be an artist, not just an idol singer, under Ryuichi Sakamoto's production. "Suna No Kajitsu" became her smash hit. But, she debuted with Keiko Azuma as Key West Club, an Idol unit from Sakurakko Club Sakura Gumi members in '95. It was pretty good as Latin Euro Kayo, but no hits at all. That may be a good thing now.
