Scottish singer Born 15 September 1956 in Glasgow Started her career in the early 1970s with blues/funk band [u][a=Cado Belle][/u] the Glasgow-born singer enjoyed international success working with [a=Mike Oldfield] until 1984. Since 1989 has worked as a solo artist recording pop, folk, ambient and acappella works, taking part in many other pop/ambient projects. In 1996 dance remixes of singles from the album Elena were released under an alias [b]MR[/b] or [b]M.R.[/b], with remixed produced mostly by JPO & Beam. The hit "Everytime We Touch" was remixed and covered by other dance singers from [a=Lacara] and [a=Cascada] from 2002 until today. Latest album "Past Present Future" entered the German charts in 2021
