Vocal soul & disco trio, formed 1969 in San Pedro, California, disbanded 1980. This trio was formed by sisters [a=Glodean James] and [a=Linda James] with [a=Diane Taylor]. They were successful both as backing group for [a=Barry White] as well as a group in their own right, best known for their 1972-hit Walking In The Rain With The One I Love. Not to be confused with [a18983], a 40-piece string-laden group formed originally by [a=Barry White], who served as a backing unit for his music project ([a=Barry White], the artist) and [a=Love Unlimited].
