Loossemble (Hangul: 루셈블) is a five member South Korean girl group under [l=CTDENM]. The group made their debut on September 15, 2023 with the mini-album "Loossemble." The group consists of five of the 12 former members of [a=이달의 소녀] (also known as LOONA or LOOΠΔ), a South Korean girl group formed under [l=BlockBerry Creative]. Following the injuctions that 9 of the remaining 11 members filed on November 28, 2022, it was announced that members [a=Go Won], [a=Yeojin] and [a=Olivia Hye] lost their initial injuctions. The last 2 members to file their injuctions, [a=Vivi (24)] and [a=Hyunjin] won their injuctions against the agency on May 9, 2023. It was announced on June 11, 2023 that the two members signed with [l=CTDENM], a South Korean record label and entertainment agency established by [a=윤도연], [l=BlockBerry Creative]'s former planning division director. On June 16, 2023, [a=Go Won], [a=Yeojin] and [a=Olivia Hye] won their lawsuits to terminate their exclusive contracts with [l=BlockBerry Creative], and was announced to have signed with [l=CTDENM] on July 5, 2023. [a=Olivia Hye] would also start promoting under her birth name, Hyeju (Hangul: [a=혜주]). The group's name is a portmanteau of "Loona" and "assemble." The agency, [l=CTDENM], describes the name as the "five [former] members coming together as one."
