A Chicago native living part time in Rotterdam , Lono Brazil is known culturally and globally as a Lifestyle Architect. Over the last 35 years Mr.Brazil has been a RECORD EXECUTIVE, Music Producer, Dj, Radio Show Host, Remixer Event Organizer and Nightlife Impresario. He is considered a direct descendant of & heavily influenced by Ron Hardy, as an associate and follower of The Iconic Chicago DJ in the early 80’s. His latest musical Offering comes out under the name D VR U M P A TT E R N inspired by those long nights and early mornings spent at the MUSIC BOX listening to those seminal House Trax being played for the 1st time and the birth of House & Techno Music. It goes with out saying that Detroit Techno is an obvious influence. The Pioneers specifically shaped what D VR U M P A TT E R N has become and this record. Also inspired by the Dance Music Scene in Holland at clubs like “TECHNO TUESDAYS” in Amsterdam and the underground Techno Scene in Rotterdam this Ep replies to this movement and serves as his contribution to the constant evolution of Minimal Techno. The soon to be released Ep coming on NITECORE RECORDS entitled “EQUINIM” was made at his home in Rotterdam as well as his retreat in Miami Beach during the 2020 lockdown of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Other than being a well respected figure in the music domain, Lono Brazil is a International High Fashion Model with a distinctive personal style. He is signed Exclusively to IMG MODELS WORLDWIDE As a executive, Mr. Brazil is a well respected record label consultant, marketing/promotion product placement and artist development specialist working with labels like LOUD RECORDS, ISLAND, GEE-STREET,PMP RECORDS, RESTLESS RECORDS, RCA, UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP, BLUE NOTE, UPTOWN RECORDS,TOMMY BOY & DEF JAM.. Lono was a member of the seminal House Music Sanctuary "The Warehouse" as well as "The Music Box" and he was also an associate of Ron Hardy. Originally from the first wave of House Music Producers, DJ/Promoters from Chicago, Lono was instrumental in bringing House Music, Hip-Hop, African, Latin and Electronic to the forefront of the music scene and is still to this day regarded as an true ambassador of Quality Music. Through the "DISCO UNUSUAL" brand Lono was at the front end the Disco Revival back in 2007. What started as a Little party at a small neighborhood bar on the Northside of Chicago (Danny's Tavren) became a global brand. Remixes, Disco Edits and a t-shirt line selling in global shops like COLETTE PARIS. "DISCO UNUSUAL the party has docked in New York, London, Miami & Los Angeles. Currently living in New York City & continuing to DJ, Produce, & Remix and after all these years he is still to this day regarded as an true ambassador of Quality Music.
