Gothic/alternative metal band from Milan, Italy, originally formed as [a=Sleep Of Right] in 1994. They however changed name soon and between 1995 - 1997 the band was known as [a2611023], but later settled on Lacuna Coil after signing to [l=Century Media] in late 1997.
