Italian four-member session group who played on soundtrack and library music recordings. The name I Marc 4 (or Marc 4) comes from the initials of their members: [b]M[/b]aurizio Majorana (bass), [b]A[/b]ntonello Vannucchi (Hammond/piano), [b]R[/b]oberto Podio (drums/percussion) and [b]C[/b]arlo Pes (guitar). Sometimes the 'A' stood for Italian soundtrack composer [a128977]. I Marc 4 played and recorded most of Armando Travaioli's compositions. I Marc 4 were known for their funky Italian soundtrack style.
