Biography
Experimental folk music band made up of members from Denmark, Norway, and Germany. Founded in 2014 by vocalist Kai Uwe Faust (Germany) and Danish multi-instrumentalist and studio engineer Christopher Juul. Later in 2015, Norwegian singer Maria Franz (Juul's girlfriend) joined the band - she originally appeared as a guest vocalist on "[Link]" before she was included as a full member of Heilung. Heilung (German for "Healing") is amplified history from early medieval northern Europe and should not be mistaken for a modern political or religious statement of any kind.
