Dutch Trance project formed in 2005 by Ralph Barendse (aka [a=Ralphie B], [a=Midway]...) & Sander van der Waal (aka [a=Sander van Dien]). Ralph Barendse left the project in May 2009. In 2012, Shane Halcon joined First State, but left shortly after.
