Biography
Asian-American Hip-Hop quartet based in Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2003, it originally consisted of Kev Nish (Kevin Nishimura), Prohgress (James Roh) and J-Splif (Jae Choung). They began their musical career with the name "Emcees Anonymous" by 2001. However, they later changed it to Far East Movement (stylised Far★East Movement or abbreviated FM), originating from one of their songs with the same name. DJ Virman (Virman Coquia), LA's radio station Power 106 DJ, joined them as their official DJ in 2008.
