Biography

Scottish band formed in 1980 in Glasgow by ex-[a=Berlin Blondes] singer [a=David Rudden]. They recorded their first single, [url=http://www.discogs.com/Endgames-We-Feel-Good-Futures-Looking-Fine/release/1017868]"We Feel Good (Future's Looking Fine)"[/url], in 1981 as a quartet and then they expanded to a sextet. They released two albums between 1983 and 1985, their first produced by [a=Colin Campsie] and [a=George McFarlane] ([a=The Quick]) and their second produced by [a=John Potoker], [a=Stewart Levine], [a=Ian Taylor] and [a=Julian Mendelsohn], each one on different tracks of the album. The band supported [a=Howard Jones] on tour during March-April 1984, when "Human's Lib" was number 1 in the British album chart. After the band's demise, [a=Brian McGee], ex-[a=Simple Minds] member, went on to become a session drummer ([a=Propaganda], [a=Robin Zander], etc.); [a=Paul Wishart]. ex-[a=Skids] saxophonist, went on to play with [a=Fiction Factory]; and [a=Willie Gardner], ex-[a=Zones (2)] guitarist, became a producer for his former bandmate [a=Billy McIsaac] for a short period before starting teaching English in Scotland.
