Biography
Formed as a christian industrial metal band in 1988 by [a=Scott Albert] (aka [a=Klay Scott]/[a=Klayton]) after the disbanding of his former thrash metal band [a=Immortal (5)]. The '90s live line-up also included Jason Tilton and Daren "Klank" Diolosa. The project was disbanded in 1998 and resurrected in 2016, separating itself from the earlier christian identity. The second album [Link] was originally not an album by Circle Of Dust but a re-release of the earlier album [Link] (1992) by [a=Brainchild (2)], a side-project of Scott Albert. [l=R.E.X. Music] did this because they wanted Klayton to make a second Circle Of Dust album but without having the money to produce it.
