Biography
Songwriter and producer Carter Vail was born in a suburb of New York on January 15th, 1997 to a South African mother and Tennessean father, both of whom introduced Carter to vastly different musical influences which greatly impact his sound. Inspired by a musical household in Connecticut, he developed a deep love for sound, leading him to study Audio Engineering, and move to Nashville, TN. While producing acts like Sara Keden, Sabel & Parker, Carter has consistently been honing his own music. After releasing several singles, Carter released his debut full length album in April 2020.
