Black Moon is an American hip hop group formed in 1992 in Brooklyn, New York. The group's name stands for "Brothers Lyrically Acting Combining Kicking Music Out On Nations". Its members include [a=Kenyatta Blake] aka [a=Buckshot] Shorty, [a=Ewart Dewgarde] aka DJ [a=Evil Dee], and [a=Kaseem Reid] aka [a=5 Ft. Accelerator]. Black Moon is known for its contributions to the development of East Coast hip hop, particularly with their 1993 debut album Enta da Stage, which is considered a classic in the genre.
