Big Boi (real name: Antwan André Patton) is a U.S. rapper, songwriter, and producer, born on February 1, 1975, in Savannah, Georgia. As one half of the pioneering hip-hop duo [a=OutKast], he brought a sharp, rapid-fire flow with a signature Southern drawl. Following OutKast’s hiatus, Big Boi pursued a successful solo career, releasing albums like Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty (2010) and collaborating with artists across genres. Known for his smooth delivery and lyrical prowess, he continues to push creative boundaries while staying true to his Atlanta roots.
