Biography
Scottish progressive rock band founded in Glasgow in 1969. Disbanded in 1975. Reformed briefly in 1980 and again in 2007. Their name is derived from a 1728 opera/play by [a625997]. Members included Martin Griffiths (vocals), Ricky Gardiner (guitar and vocals), Alan Park (keyboards), Gordon Sellar (bass, acoustic guitar and vocals), Virginia Scott (Mellotron and vocals) and Raymond Wilson (drums and percussion).
