Austin Agustín Santos was born in New York City, USA on December 23, 1985; to Dominican parents. He is better known by his stage name Arcángel, as a reggaetón vocalist & songwriter. His mother Carmen Santos Rosa; was a member of the merengue group [a1205073]; in the late eighties. [a1337937] moved to Puerto Rico in 2002 & shortly thereafter in 2004; began his career as a member of the duo [a10244227]. In 2007 he embarked on a solo career. After a variety of successful singles, albums and worldwide success topping the Billboard's Top Latin singles / albums chart for the past decade. Today [a1337937] has remained one of the leading reggaetón performer's of Latin Music; now collaborations including [a3460330], [a3913668], [a913718], [a3927806], [a256399], [a2929902], [a3397937], [a320920], [a2393941]; just to name a few.
